Corporate Structure

The Supreme governing body of PJSC Severalmaz is General Meeting of Shareholders; they make decisions concerning Severalmaz’s primary activities. The Board of directors carries out general management of PJSC Severalmaz, they have competency to determine priority activities for the company. CEO and directorate manage the day-to-day activities of the company and are accountable to the Board of directors and General Meeting of Shareholders.
